In addition, RENEW has obtained the status of Refurbisher, a rigorous and lengthy licensing process, where the company has to meet a minimum average threshold. In fact, RENEW ships out over 3,000 units a month, professionally refurbishing desktops, laptops and servers with genuine Microsoft software. Computers are loaded with Windows 10 plus, Windows Live services and Microsoft Security Essentials and provides a complete refurbished PC solution,which is a great value for businesses or homes.

Most of RENEW computers offer an automatic 2-years warranty with extended warranty available. We recognize that computers’ problems may arise and taking this aspect into consideration we offer our procurement services to save time and money. Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind for customers, letting them know that we have not forgotten them after their initial purchase and that they will be under our precise care. Under the terms of your RENEW warranty we will fulfill your requirements as best we can, with our exceptional customer service, to minimize any disruptions that may occur.

Quality

Ensuring the quality of Renew Computer S.A. products, we divine into 2 categories the range of products according to the visual and functional status they dispose. The products of this category are combined by one year warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers all the parts on condition that the product would not be subjected to interference by unauthorized mechanical. In case of any damage or disruption, the warranty coverage is carried out with maintenance of equipment or complete replacement if there is availability

GRADE A : The products of this category are combined by one to two years warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers all the parts on condition that the product would not be subjected to interference by unauthorized mechanical. In case of any damage or disruption, the warranty coverage is carried out with maintenance of equipment or complete replacement if there is availability. The warranty does not cover the batteries of laptops.
 
GRADE B :  The products of this category are combined by 6-12 months warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers all the parts on condition that the product would not be subjected to interference by unauthorized mechanical. In case of any damage or disruption, the warranty coverage is carried out with maintenance of equipment or complete replacement if there is availability.
